How to Make a Reservation?
When you call us at any listed number for our limousine company, your call will be promptly answered by our skilled and professional dispatchers.
In order to create your special reservation, the dispatcher will ask you for your
Full name
Contact information
Pick up location
Time and date.
In addition, you will need to provide us with your credit card information to secure your special reservation.
If you would like to set up a prepaid reservation, it is possible and please state that you want to prepay and you credit card will be charged the set amount on the day of service after service has been completed.
In order to prevent fraud, we authorize credit card transactions 2 hours before service, but you only get charged after we have completed the service. The driver will ask you for your signature on the credit card slip as proof of service.
You can also choose to pay cash or pay directly to the driver by credit card or cash after service has been completed (but you still have to put a credit card on file with us to secure your reservation).
When a client calls our company all conversations are recorded for quality and training purposes.
After you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from us shortly. If for some reason you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us immediately.
