Hourly Charters.

We offer a wide variety of hourly charters in San Francisco Bay Area. Our best description is "Any occasion limousine service". In addition, you can use our services for long distance transfer commutes; For example, we do not have a flat rate for a transfer from San Francisco to Las Vegas or Reno, but if you would like to go, we will accommodate you with no problems and prepare a minimum estimate for you.

City Transfers.

We offer all types of city transfer services in San Francisco Bay Area; we also offer transfers all over the U.S with a starting point in San Francisco Bay Area. Please call for custom estimate at 1.888.5466.120.

Unfortunately, our all inclusive price calculator is only for airports and is not able to give you an estimate for this type of service, but our skilled office staff can.  

Lincoln Sedan.

This is a very comfortable and reliable American luxury vehicle. Comfortable seats that easily fit three passengers but can also fit four, (without driver.)

Our Lincoln Sedan have very spacious trunk areas. We carry special luggage straps in the trunk so we can load even more luggage, compare to its design for.

This luxury car is a good choice for an airport transportation, or any kind of event for up to four passengers.

Lincoln L class Sedan.

This is a Professional version of a regular luxury sedan. Designed especially for livery companies. It offers extra long wheelbase, heavy duty air-conditioning system. All packages run with slightly different options but the Main thing is you get an extra 6-inch legroom in the car. This is a great option for people who would like a little more legroom. Passenger capacity and trunk size is the same as regular sedan.

Great choice for airport transportation, or any kind of event for up to four passengers.

Lincoln Stretch limousine 64-70 1-6 passengers.

This is a favorite choice for corporate clients. Offers convenience and ratability (if build by Kristal). Very comfortable seating for four passengers, but can fit up to 6.

Great choice for airport transportation or any kind of event for up to six passengers.

Lincoln Stretch limousine 100 1-8 passengers.

This is a good size, comfortable seating for 6 people, but can fit up to 8 passengers.

Not typically a good choice for airport transportation, if ordered for 8 passengers, because even though it defiantly fits the 8 passengers, the car is not built to fit the luggage of 8 passengers; Unless you travel light, then it’s still a good choice.

This limousine is typically rented for events and all charters for up to eight passengers.

Lincoln stretch limousine 120 1-10 passengers.

This is a party limousine that conveniently fits 8 people, but can also fitt up to ten, if have a j seat.

By specifications, provided by coachbuilder, this is an 8-passenger limousine.

This type of luxury car is usually frequent choice for any type of parties, wine tours, any special occasions, and airport transfers. But please keep in mind, for airport transfers, even a 10 passenger limo has the same trunk as a regular sedan.

SUV.

This type of vehicle, is relatively new on the livery market. It is currently in high demand by corporate travelers, and people who need to travel to places with difficult road conditions.

Limousine companies usually carry SUVs XLT type. For you that means plenty of luggage space for up to six people. We see a lot of potential for these type of cars in our company.

Defiantly a good choice for airport transfers, corporate event transportation, or any kind of charters for up to 6 people.

We chose not to make our limousine price calculator to complicated to use, so we included the types of transfers and vehicles people choose most often.

First time customer discount.

For our fist time customers, we offer 15% off our Basic Rate.

This is not a permanent discount, it’s only applied once for our first time customers.

Our service is very reasonably priced and with the 15% off for our first time clients – gives you another reason to try our high-end affordable service.

Corporate discount.

Apex limousine and Sedan service offers 10% off Basic Rate for our frequent corporate travelers. This discount is permanent.

Corporate frequent travelers in our description, are our clients who travel more then four round trips a month with us, if you feel that this applies in your case please check the box on the right side.

Airport Greeting Types.

One of the price differences at Apex is that we’re able to give you custom choices of the type of greeting you would prefer when getting picked up by us at the airport.

Note that most of the limousine companies calculate these charge in the Basic Rate by default:

Curb side pick up at airport:

Curb side pick up is a free option (no charge). After you arrive and get your luggage please step outside of the baggage claim area to the curbside and give us a call at any phone number you have for our company. Your car is going to pick you up in approximately 2-10min. (depend on the traffic conditions at the Terminal).

How it works? You chauffer is parked at a designated parking area at the airport and waits for our dispatcher to call him to pick you up at the curb side.

Our dispatcher will connect you to the chauffer or give you brief description of the car, that is picking you up, like the license plate, color, emergency flashers on.

Curbside pick up is usually a faster way to get out of the airport.

*Unfortunately, this option is not available at SJC, due to airport design and regulation.

Baggage claim greeting:

All domestics’ arrivals –$15 extra charge

All international arrivals $25 extra charge

When you arrive, your driver meets you at the designated meeting point for the specific airline you’re traveling with that day. Your chauffeur will have a sign with your name on it or any appropriate sign you instruct us to use at the time of your arrival.

Included in the charge is our chauffer’s help with handling your luggage and then escorting you to the parking garage to the car.

Early/Late, pick up.

If your pick up time is between 23:00-24:00 military time we apply $10 Early/Late fee.

If your pick up time is between 24:00-05:00 military time we apply $30 Early/Late fee.

If your pick up time between 05:00-06:00 military time we apply $10 Early/Late fee.

These extra charges go directly to the driver, to compensate sleep time and uncomfortable schedules

Extra stops.

Extra stop in the same city is $15, and not more then a 15 minutes limit.

This is usually used to pick up another client from a different address

Extra stop on the way to your destination: $20, not more then 20 minuets.

This is usually used to pick up another client from a different address

All Extra stops that are completely out of the way of the destination point, we apply hourly charges for that particular vehicle type.

Waiting time.

If you it’s in your plans to hold our car by your pick up location for more then 15 minutes, our hourly charges specific to the vehicle type will apply in this case.

We provide you with free 15 minutes, in our experience it is plenty of time to get your luggage in the car and start going to your destination.

This restriction on the time also allows us to keep our prices affordable for flat rate transfers.

If you feel uncomfortable with the waiting time and not sure how much time you may actually need, you can always order our hourly charters that are provided for all types of our luxury cars and where there are absolutely no restrictions on the prearranged time.

Gas surcharge and parking, tolls.

That charge has been designed to avoid anydriver/customer misunderstanding when it comes to parking, tolls, or gas.

This is an average calculation for our average expense per trip and it defaults to 13% of Basic Rate on trip type.

Please understand now day’s prices for gas.

Drivers Gratuity.

We collect 20% gratuity for the driver, by default. We are known as a premium limo service with very well trained drivers.

We do not work with untrained stranger, we even choose the best most reliable affiliate companies, and hand pick the best drivers from each affiliate company who are going to be picking up our clients.

If for some reason you feel that your driver does not deserve his 20% tip, please we strongly advise you to contact our office staff immediately. We will investigate any service issues as a first priority and if the fault is on our side, we will compensate you, not only with gratuity you pay to the driver. Please help us stay at the top by reporting any issues.
